A View from the Dugout 16th January 2016

Last weekend’s historic 4-1 win against Hamilton was a distant memory yesterday as Annan suffered one of their worst defeats this season against East Fife at Galabank. The match was in doubt even before it started due to a heavy snow shower. However after a pitch inspection the game was allowed to go ahead. After 45 minutes Annan found themselves 4 goals down to a determined East Fife side. Annan tried to come back into the game in the second half as the snow continued to fall but only managed to claw back 2 goals. The final score was Annan 2, East Fife 4.

Manager Jim Chapman had this to say after the match.
