AAFC holds meeting on community ownership

Annan Athletic are preparing to become the first team in Scotland to be 100% owned by the fans.

Annan held at open meeting yesterday (Thursday 19th January) at the club with Supporters Direct to discuss community ownership proposals.

Supporters of the club have two weeks to hand in their questions about the proposals. The club will then issue a letter outlining the plans and will take a postal vote where over 50% percent of the vote will allow them to proceed. The whole process should take around 12 weeks.

Chairman Henry McClelland explains more and we also talk to some of the supporters who were at the meeting.
